[IRCA] TP's for Wednesday 11/02/11

It was a very good morning for Asian stations.  With the Solar Indices what they 
were, I would think Asian stations would be down.  Powerhouse Japanese stations,
very strong today.  Taiwan with good reception on 738, steam rolling over Tahiti's
fair signal.  With the Palstar tuner tuned to 774, JOUB has a S-9+45 db signal at 1458 utc.
 
153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1357 much noise with a weak signal and music.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1358 good signal with music.
531     JAPAN, JOQG NHK1 1448 fair signal // 594 and some HARS station splatter.
558     JAPAN, JOCR 1414 fair at times with talk and music. Some splatter.
567     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1413 fair signal with man in Japanese.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1408 fair signal at times with splatter.
648     RUSSIA? Strong carrier (het) at 1452, should be audio but none.  A lot of splatter.
657     DPR OF KOREA, 1405-1407 fair signal at times with Korean talk.
693     JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1443 great signal with man in Japanese.
666     JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1444 fair signal then dropped to poor signal.
738     TAHITI, 1435 believed the station with island music. Fair signal then faded.
738     TAIWAN, 1438-1440  good at times with woman in Chinese.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1359 good signal with music, then sudden faded out just before
          1400.   Strong signal at 1446.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1401 fair signal with Japanese and other station underneath JOUB.
           Signal rose to good at 1402 with woman in Japanese.  
891     THAILAND or JAPAN, 1429 poor signal with woman in ? language. 
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1420-1424 poor to fair signal with talk.
