At 07:30 PDT under less than perfect reception conditions I thought I heard a non English language on 828 along with a strong het but I might have imagined it. 830 was cutting in with double (2) talk so I couldn't seperate 828 from 830. I guess my receiver isn 't quite good enough . The usual TP carriers were all active but 828 was the strongest--in Victoria. Will be trying again in Nanaimo tomorrow morning. Bill in BC
