Hi Alan - I am no help on antenna questions, but your 820 unID might have been Radio Paradise, St. Kitts.  They relay the TV signal of Trinity Broadcasting Network (like the old KTBN shortwave), and can be ID'd by the parallel to the web stream at www.tbn.org.  No idea on the 650.
