[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 10/27/11

Radio Rossii long wave stations returned with poor signals from 3 stations.
Only 2 stations with good signals on MW JOBB 828 & JOAB 693.  

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1340-1344 poor signal with man in Russian.
             1350 fair signal on second scan of long wave band.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1344 also a poor signal with man in Russian.
             1351 fair signal.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1351 poor signal, this is usually the strongest
             Russian long wave station.  
558       JAPAN, JOCR 1442 in late with weak signal and man in Japanese.
567       JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 1424 probably the station with poor audio for a 
             few seconds.
594       JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1400 good signal, 4 pips TOH then into Japanese.
603       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1430-1433 poor audio at times.
657       DPR OF KOREA, 1440 poor signal with woman singing.  
693       JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1402-1403 signal from carrier into weak signal with
             Japanese and domestic splatter.  1438 good signal.  
774       JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1345 steady fair signal with English Conversation
             program.  
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1347-1349 good signal at times with above program
             and a little domestic splatter.       
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1434-1437 in late with weak signal and talk in
            ? language.
