[IRCA] TP for 26 Oct 2011 from Victoria: A little DU activity

Not much happening on the bands as others reported this morning.  This will
be the final report from Victoria for a while.  Listened between 13:36 and
14:13 UTC this morning.  SF 139, A 25 (!), K (12:00) 0.  No space weather
past nor predicted for next 24 hours.  The big mystery was 1017.  Again this
morning, there was a BIG carrier.  Also seen at Nick's DX Fishbarrel site.
 I have not heard any audio, just a big carrier.  Who might this be???

LW:  nada

612:  7 level Brisbane at 14:14
639
702:  7 level DU at 13:39
738:  8 level, except for severe 740 splatter at 14:13, so not 100% sure who
this was.
792:  7 level with music 13:41.  Likely DU.
819
1017:  up to 8.5 or 9 level carrier in the clear.  Nothing over the TOH
(time pips etc) at 14:00.  Who???
1098:  big OC late
