[IRCA] TPs for Oct. 26th - Just Hets

Checking the band from 1425 to 1510 UTC I found only these carriers today,
and no audio:

747 & 1575 kHz at 1442, then gone by 1445.
1584 kHz at 1455, then fading away before top of the hour.
783 kHz at 1506 but gone a couple minutes later.

I watched a waterfall display of the entire band (using HDSDR software
full-screen) and it was interesting to see the brief appearance of these
frequencies and then their disappearance after only two or three minutes. If
I was band scanning manually it would be very easy to miss these. I must
admit that SDRs have a big advantage to the DXer when conditions are
marginal. "Drift Net DXing" indeed!
