[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's for 10/25/11
No TP signals heard here.
Conditions were a bit strange this morning. Heard
"Radio Voces Latinas", CHHN 1610, from Toronto ON, at
1144-1204 UTC. It was the best Spanish language
signal of the session.
Good DX all.
