[IRCA] Latins
There are many Latin stations tonight mostly Cubans apparently, with
some reaching good level here thanks to a brutal K Index booming at 7.
Most of TAs are almost blocked except 783 & 1008 likely to be Mauritania
and Canary Islands both with a fair signal.
