[IRCA] DX Tips - 960 WHYL PA, 900 WBRV NY

960 WHYL Carlisle PA should be 22 watts but is in well with 'greatest hits of all time' and IDs. 900 WBRV NY Boonville, Moose, presumed on 900 with DJ Bob Montague...if not them, and seems so from a quick Google, I'd wonder who... it is looped that way. Both easy relogs, but only at sunset and sunrise... Had Spanish talk, possibly religious, on 1370 at sunset, on east-west wire. Clueless on this one.  Saul ChernosBurnt River ON
