[IRCA] WGBW test + WWKB 1520 NBuffalo NY off

WGBW 1590 huge with all sorts of weird music including accordion. No tones noted in the few minutes I made my recording. Solid IDs. WWKB 1520 NY Buffalo seems entirely off, huge K-Love Rossford OH plus sprts station - and "country 107" ID - the same unID I see George Santulli in VA reporting. Quick web check and look at NRC log yields no info on this. Saul @ Burnt River ON
