[IRCA] 1590 WGBW test

Not 100 % sure but I heard what sounded like a typical test tone at 35 minutes past the hour during a Seattle fade and lasted about 20 seconds. Can somebody closer to the source verify this. Receiver is Redsun RP 2100 without external antenna. Bill in Victoria BC
