[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's for 10-21-11

TP activity up a little from 10-20-21.  

Listening on a barefoot Tecsun PL-310, I heard JOUB
747 with a woman talking at 1153-1200 UTC, fading out
after TS.  

Later, at 1239-1241 I received JOAB 593 with a man
and woman talking on PL-310 plus 7.5" ferrite loop.  

Otherwise only slight carrier signals heard on 702,
774, 828 and 972 kHz.

I hope you had a better DX session.
