KRHW is 5000W/2 tower day, 5000W/4 towers Critical Hours and 1600W/6 towers
nights.. I would guess they're on their day power/pattern...I don't think
this would be the first time they've done this.
98.9 FM is K255AW with 250W and 318 feet.
Their ID at the top of the hour was nice.. but not legal :)
