I heard three NHK2 stations this morning.  

747 fair, woman talking JJ @ 1038.
774 fair //747 @ 1038; heard until fade-out @ 1242
(LSR @ 1236).
828 poor //774 @ 1240.

JOIB and JOUB heard on barefoot Tecsun PL-310
receiver.  JOBB heard on PL-310 + 7.5" ferrite antenna.
