[IRCA] TP for 13 Oct 2011 from Victoria: Japan back

Listened this morning from 13:35 to about 14:26.  Today, my observations
more closely paralleled Nick's DX Fishbarrel, with the Japanese first tier
stations back at good strength, especially over the lower half of the band.
 A fair amount of Chinese activity, but down from yesterday's. A fine dawn
enhancement to Asia once again noted.  Again, nothing from DU.  SF 134, A 6,
K (12:00) 1.  No space weather for the past 24, nor predicted for the next
24 hours.  As always, "6" unless otherwise noted.

529:  6.5 SQM
567:  7 level at 13:52

621:  6 initially, and at 14:13 very strong 9 level with Chinese (and not
North Korean) programming.
639:  8 level CNR1 at 13:47
702:  7 level

747:  9 level NHK2 at 13:58, the strongest this morning of the bunch.
756:  8 level CC CNR1 at 14:12
774:  9 level NHK2 at 13:58, and still a 9 at 14:26.
819:  6.5 level
828:  8.5 level NHK2 at 13:46
837:  7 level Asiatic but too weak to be sure who at 13:45

864:  8 level, strong at 14:10 with vocal, but with het from 864.9, listed
as Binzhou RGD which was equal in strength.
873:  7 level, strong, but with lots of 880 splatter at 14:09.  Likely NHK2
936:  7.5 level Anhui at 14:08
945:  8 level CC at 14:25
954:  7 level at 14:25
972:  9 level, presumed Korean, but with weak modulation at 14:05
1008:  7 level at 14:05 with singing
1017:  8 level CRI KK // 5965 at 14:02
1026, 1035, 1053, 1116
1188:  8 level briefly at 14:22 but wasn't sure whether this was KK or CC
1206:  8.5 level Yanbian at 14:22.  Excellent level except for splatter
1251:  7 level, would be much better except for 1250 splatter at 14:20
1278:  7 level at 14:20
1287:  6.5 level at 14:20
1305:  6.5 level at 14:19
1314, 1359
1494:  7 level with music at 14:18

1566:  7 level at 14:17.  HLAZ.
