[IRCA] pips on 1566

Has anyone else heard time pips on 1566 during TP openings?   This 
morning (10 Oct), I heard NHK style pips there at 1300UT, presumably 
HLAZ judging by the strength, but I have never noticed pips there 
before.   They weren't heard on the preceding morning.
