[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-10

Hello All,

Asiatic TP conditions here this morning seemed a little better than
what Dennis reported, but not by much. The Radio Rossii Longwave TP's
on 189 and 279 had good signals at times, and 164-Mongolia was back
again with threshold-level female speech around 1300. Medium wave TP's
were limited to a few big guns.

164- Mongolia   In and out with threshold audio from 1230-1310, // 4895
                           kHz (also poor)
189- Radio Rossii  Fair-good with classical music around 1315
279- Radio Rossii  Good with Russian YL speech at 1320
594- JOAK  Tokyo, Japan   Fair with Japanese weather report 1358
657- Pyongyang  Fair-good with Korean tirades at 1350
738- BEL2  Penghu, Taiwan  Fair with undermodulated audio and
                          throbbing hum 1402
747- JOIB  Sapporo, Japan  Good with Japanese speech at 1401
936- Anhui, China  Fair-good with Chinese talk program 1404
1134-  JOQR (Tokyo, Japan) and KBS (Hwaseong, S. Korea) both fair at
                        1407 in domestic splatter
