Three Radio Rossii long wave stations heard this morning. The SW ewe gave the best
receptions of the four antennas. 1430 utc and HLAZ 1566 still has a good signal.
No DU's heard this morning.
153 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1253-1257 good signal with noise and music,
180 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1258 fair signal with music.
279 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1310 good signal on second scan of long wave band.
558 JAPAN, JOCR 1409 fair with man singing accompanied by splatter.
567 JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 14-1318 weak audio at 1315 faded, back at 1317 still weak with
man/woman in Japanese.
594 JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1259-1300 good signal with man in Japanese and
3 pips at 1400.
603 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1410 man singing in English with fair signal.
657 DPR OF KOREA, 1301 weak with woman in Korean & // with weaker
3250 kHz.
666 JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1412 fair with man in Japanese & // 594.
693 JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1322 weak signal with splatter.
747 JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1302 good signal, but covered in KXL splatter.
774 JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1304 good with man in Japanese.
828 JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1337 weak with Japanese. First signal 33 minutes after JOUB's
signal was heard.
846 UNKNOWN 1339-1344 bits of weak Asian language talk in the five minutes I listened.
2 carriers on channel.
1008 UNKNOWN, 1415-1418 poor audio at times.
1566 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1347 fair signal with Chinese talk.
