The transmitter will go off at midnight EDT tonight (0400 UTC).

Also, I just found out from the host of the Windsor afternoon drive time 
show, Bob Steele, that they will be running a short "end of an era" item at 
approximately 1745 EDT (2145 UTC), so folks may want to check out their web 
stream for that.  Make sure you select the Windsor regional stream!
