Nope...at the same time the mystery station is airing Jim Croce's "Operator", WKSD's stream is playing a Bee Gees song from the late 60s.

An update: at 2239 CLT, signal rose up enough after Aretha Franklin's "Respect" for me to hear "playing the best music ever made" by a DJ named "Smokin' Kevin".  A lot of diligent research led me to "Smokin'" Kevan Browning, so this is someone airing Citadel Media's Classic Hits network.  Hopefully that should start to narrow this down...
