[IRCA] TP DX This morning

I tried listening for TPs this morning for the first time in a couple of 
weeks.

Conditions were hugely disappointing here.

I had about two dozen carriers at about 1300 UT, but 1566 was the only 
one good enough to produce audio.

Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow.
