[IRCA] TP's for Friday 09/23/11

The first day of fall produced improved TP conditions here in the Pacific Northwest.  
Dawn enhancement was working great this morning on Asian stations.  Long-wave was 
very noisy, but Mongolia was heard with a little audio.  Radio Rossii on 279 was 
still being heard after 1400 utc.  Never heard them that late after sunrise.   Lower channels 
much better than upper channels.  Hope to complete the Sky loop soon, need tie in the 
final tree.  

153         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1314 fair with talk and music.
189         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1316 fair with music and noise.
209         MONGOLIA, Mondgolyn Radio 1318 poor with bits of audio and
               a lot of noise.
279         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1319 very weak with music.  Weak at 1407.  
              Never heard this late as they always fade out prior to sunrise.  
594         JAPAN, JOAK NKH1 1320 weak with talk and splatter.
657         DPR OF KOREA, 1321 steady weak signal with woman talking and  // 3250.
693         JAPAN, JOAB 1358-1402 pips TOH, music.  Could not check NHK2 // JOUB, JOBB
               as they were  gone.  1405 // check match JOBB with language lesson.  Weak to fair signal.  
738         UNKNOWN, 1353-1356 Asian language with weak signal.  
774         JAPAN, JOUB 1323 weak with woman in Japanese.  Good at 1346
828         JAPAN, JOBB 1323.5 fair with man in Japanese.  Good at 1344.
828         UNKNOWN, 1344 Asian speaking station under JOBB with man talking.  Over/under
              JOBB at times.  
873         JAPAN, JOGB 1353 from weak to fair with Japanese.  Southern Japanese station not heard
              often.  
891         REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLKB? 1341 fair signal was times with man in Asian language.
               Not the Japanese NHK1 station as // did not match.  
972         REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1336 bits of audio and much KUFO splatter.
1053       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1335 jammer alone atop channel.
1116       UNKNOWN, 1333 very weak audio with splatter and noise.
1566       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1324 good signal with music.
