[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-22

Hello All,

Some strong audio from several "big gun" Asiatic TP's was in on MW this
morning, following a fairly mediocre morning for Longwave TP's. A few
of the TP signals (747-JOIB, 972-HLCA and 1053-Jammer) were pegging the
Tecsun PL-380 Ultralight S/N display at 25 (when boosted by the 8"
diameter MW "DXpedition" FSL).
