[IRCA] TPs for 19 Sept 2011 from Victoria: Back to Japan

Listened today between 13:06 and 13:47 UTC and conditions were very much
Asiatic, with some armchair copy at times, from the first tier Japanese
stations.  The West large diameter corner fed loop performed the best, and
at times this was equaled by the North large diameter corner fed loop.  SF
was 150, A 6 and K 0, with no solar storms last or next 24 hours.  As
always, a "6" unless otherwise noted:

594, 621  (a fair amount of local noise here marring the lower bands and LW.
 Nothing noted on LW)
693:  7 level NHK2

747:  8 level NHK2 at 13:35
774:  8.5 level NHK2
828:  9 level NHK2 at 13:45
