[IRCA] WAUR 930 off again this evening

For the third day in a row local WAUR 930 has gone off the
air in the evening.  This time I was waiting and
recorded a quick ID for both WNTD Chicago and WAUR
Sandwich and then gone at 19:00 CDT.

They are
acting like a daytime only station.  Does anyone know
the reason why?
