[IRCA] TP's for Monday 09/19/11

Russian long-waves back again with 279 having at good signal at 1324.
No DU signals heard.  Japanese big guns heard and carriers on some
other Japanese stations.  

153          RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1252 very weak in static with bits of audio.
                Weak at 1304 with woman in Russian.  Good at 1322 with music.
180          RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1254 weak with woman in Russian.  Gone at
               1305.  No carrier.
189          RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1255 fair with music.  Fair at 1308.  Good at 1312
                with Radio Rossii ID by woman, then man.  Still good at 1323.
209          Mongolia, 1314 decent carrier, but no audio.               
279          RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1307 weak with static.  Fair at 1314 with instrumental
                music.  Good at 1324 with instrumental music.
558          Level 5 carrier, but no audio.
594          JAPAN, JOAK 1308 very weak with splatter.  Weak at 1325.
657          PDR OF KOREA 1340 weak with music //  3250.
666          JAPAN? 1341 poor audio, then back in splatter.
675          Decent level 5 carrier, but no audio.
747          JAPAN, JOIB 1258 fair at times with heavy splatter from KXL.
774          JAPAN, JOUB 1259 weak with man in Japanese.  Fair at 1309.  Good signal at
               1343.
828          JAPAN, JOBB 1301 weak with man in Japanese and some splatter.  Still weak at
               1327.  Good at 1344
1566        REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1330 first audio of the morning, fair signal with
               man in Japanese.  Signal good at 1331.  
1575       THAILAND, VOA 1336 briefly with fair signal then gone.
