[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Sunday

Not very good conditions today, lots of MW hets but most just producing 
threshold audio. An early check had 1116 Down Under with poor signal 1249 
utc. Later 891 with both DU stations occasionally rising to poor level and 
1116 DU the same. 891, the best, never rose to decent level today. All 
signals up and down over short periods, no doubt due to the solar activity.
LWBC Radio Rossii poor on a couple freqs, but at least heard today.
