[IRCA] Most Wanted Oregon Station Heard KKEE 1230

Just knocked off the closest Oregon station not heard, KKEE 1230 Astoria/Warrington
at 6:00 PM PDT with call letter ID.  Fair signal and on of top channel.  Thursday the 
third most wanted Oregon station was heard KODL 1440 The Dalles, OR was heard
during the daytime band scan.  Now the closest Oregon station not heard is KWIL Albany,
Oregon at 97 miles as the crow flies.
