[IRCA] TP for 15 Sep2011 from Victoria: returning slowly to normal

Listened this morning between 13:08 and 13:47 and conditions again improved,
with a definite DU dawn enhancement around 13:30.  Still, mostly DU for me,
although some Asiatic activity, but none of the usual NHK1 and 2 channels
were propagating, so things are not yet back to normal.  702 and 1116
provided the best audio this morning (both Australians).  SF 143, A6, K1 and
no space weather storms last or next 24 predicted.  As always, a "6" unless
otherwise noted:

LW:  Nothing

612:  7 level Brisbane at 13:37  (a disappointment.  The lower part of the
MW band was somewhat noisy.  ?local noise?
675
702:  8.5 level with ABC web ID at 13:36.
765, 774
792:  7 level DU at 13:40.
819, 828, 837, 864, 918
936:  7.5 level DU at 13:28.
963, 1008
1098:  Big OC at 13:43, 8 level.
1116:  Surprise of the day.  Not often heard so well here (but very well
heard in Masset) 8 level at 13:44.  Australia.
1251:  7 level with music at 13:23.
1269
1287:  6.5 level at 13:22.
1566:  7 level at 13:10  HLAZ
1593:  7 level at 13:19.  Presumed CNR1
