[IRCA] ULR DX.....1 New Station @ Sunset Tonight............

iHi Guys:

 Seemed to have some decent Conditions to the Southeast tonight at Sunset.  Maryland/Virginia area seemed to be especially good......with One New Station logged for both the ULR and OVERALL LOGS.  This was also a GRAVEYARDER on 1230 Khz......
