[IRCA] TP's for 09/12/11

No Russian long-waves heard this morning.  No audio until 1251 utc.
I did check the local sunrise data and on Nov 5, 2011 sunrise will be at
7:52 AM PDT.  Nov 6, Standard time begins.  

594      Japan, JOAK NHK1  1257 very weak with bits of audio.
738      Australia, 2NR? 1339-1342 man/woman talking, weak with static.  
774      Japan, JOUB 1303 weak with man in Japanese and a lot of splatter from 770.
            Good at 1329 with Chinese lessons.
828      Japan, JOBB 1251 weak with English Conversation lessons.  Nearly good at
           1330 with Chinese lessons.
891      Australia, 5AN 1348-1352 weak signal with woman talking.  
1143    Unknown, 1336 woman in ? then piano music.  Very weak with splatter.
1566    Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1325-1333 slow talking man in Japanese.   Fair to good
           at times.
