[IRCA] TPs for 7 Sept

I agree with Dennis.  I monitored between 13:18 and 13:45 or so (darn, slept
in again a bit) and clearly, conditions were decidedly Asiatic with most of
the first tier Japanese stations coming in well, although some DU activity
was also noted.  I'm at my office at the moment, so the details will have to
wait.  This was the best morning so far, for my very brief re-entry into TP
searches this season.  Here's hoping things will continue to pick
