[IRCA] TP's for 09/03/11

Started listening about a 1/2 hour latter than usual.  Most of the long-waves were gone,
just the strongest were heard.  JOUB 774 had their best signal of the season here this
morning.  1134 caught a fair signal for a few seconds, sounded like Chinese, JOQR has
also been heard in past years on this channel.

153        Russia, Radio Rossii 1311 good with man in Russian.
189        Russia, Radio Rossii 1313 good with jazz music.
279        Russia, Radio Rossii 1315 good with jazz music.
747         Japan, JOIB 1323 fair signal, but covered in KXL splatter.
774        Japan, JOUB fair steady signal with man in Japanese.  Best signal of season.
              Not much splatter.
1053      Korea's, 1318 jammer with good steady signal.
1134      China? CRN1 1326 believed to be the station with fair signal briefly with woman
             in Chinese?  Much domestic splatter.
1566      Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1310 fair.
