[IRCA] TP's for Saturday 08/27/11

Radio Rossii stations 153, 180, 189, 234 and 279 kHz all had good signals
this morning.  Only two MW TP's were heard.

774     Japan, JOUB 1253 fair for a few seconds, heavy splatter signal, vanished. 
1566    Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1246 fair with talk.
