[IRCA] Espanol a 860 kilocyclos

>From 1AM to 2AM I've been scanning 860 and hearing Spanish talk but can't get a handle on this one as they are not mentioning names of locations or station ID etc. Did KTRB SF change formats or am I getting a long hop from somewhere in Mexico. The nearest Mex is in Ciudad Obregon ,Sonora at about 300 miles south of the Arizona border operating on 250 watts so I'm counting that one out.Others are way further down but more powerful and could possibly make it but I doubt it.No sign of the usual occupants like Portland or Prince Rupert. Can someone in Cal verify that SF has changed Lingo from English to Espanol.Bill in BC
