[IRCA] Demise of KUSD-690 (was No more KBSU)

I thought I'd once heard a story that the Chevy Suburban crashing into the tower 
was not an accident, but, rather, an act of vandalism.  Any truth to that?  I 
had an aircheck of a legal ID from KUSD recorded on a visit to Hawarden, Iowa in 
Sept. 1989, but that's long since disappeared.
