[IRCA] DX Tips for WDXR

After revamping my SW EWE and lowering the SW end a bit, it seems to be
more directional towards the S/SW once again. I had raised to SW end too
high a couple years back, so I climbed the tree behind the house and
dropped the SW leg down about 3 feet, near from where it was before. 

820    KWDP    OR, Waldport, fair in KSWB-840 splatter and alone on 820.
KWDP, ex KORC with Adult Standards format, many "AM-820 KWDP" IDs. ABC
News at 1700 EDT 5/30, followed by local weather at 1705, into music
after an ID. The signal is decent enough, but KSWB's splatter is
terrible these days. I IDed KWDP just after they came back on a few
weeks ago, but not enough for a report. I now have one with local spots,
but it was rough.  (PM-OR)
