[IRCA] Re KSAZ DX Test

I am not yet hearing it at Burnt River ON. CIWW Windsor ON is a brick wall tonight, and WHP Harrisburg PA is the mortar. I have managed 5000 watts day pattern from AZ before (from Toronto), but that was a (non-DX) test of Tolleson AZ back in the late 70s on an open 1190 (on a Monday morning without WOWO). But I would be shocked beyond belief if KSAZ were to make it here tonight.
 
The person running the KSAZ test was late getting to the station, and has as a CD with code and stuff but has not yet got it to work.
