Hi Colin,

Indeed, the IC-703+ is very nice for MW in a compact package!

I owned the newer IC-7000 for a while and it is hot on MW. The IF-DSP
filtering and PBT is great, and  found the noise reduction feature very
effective.

Have you seen Bjarne Mjelde's review of the IC-703 from a MW DXing
