Karl & Saul,

Sorry but I am at work and do not have time to listen to the clip.  With regard to Saul's question as to how both stations co-exist on the same frequency, they are about 25 miles apart and, presumably, low power.  One is in Dorchester, a neighborhood in Boston, and the other is in Brockton.  Check out Bruce Conti's list of Boston area unlicensed stations:
