[IRCA] WYTH test heard in DC

... heard very weakly in DC with sweep tones every 5 minutes or so and CW IDs at 0612, 16 and 21 with snatches of "Walkin' In A Winter Wonderland" at 0616utc.  No voice heard at any time.  Mostly 'pirate radio' WGHB and someone else with ESPN and a gospel station.
