[IRCA] TP for 16 Mar from Victoria, BC

Pretty nice activity this morning just after 1400UT, though not too much time to chase things. Interesting mix of big guns and "just as strong" 2nd tier stations.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB
1593 CNR1

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1332 JOSF w/JJ talk
1377 CNR1 //1593
1422 JORF w/ JJ talk
1566 HLAZ

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

594 JOAK
747 JOIB
828 JOBB
972 HLCA
1224 sounded like JJ talk; JOJK? no 594 // at time
1242 JOLF JJ talk
1314 JOUF JJ talk

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1386 seemed //774, so NHK2
1431 ??one of the JJ commercial stations?
1512 seemed //774 , so NHK2
1575 likely VoA

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

936, 1143, 1359, 1521

best wishes,
Nick
