[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 2/28/11

Listening at 1255-1303 UTC (LSR 1302) I heard carrier, no audio, on 702, 774, 828 and 972 kHZ.  The het on 972 was the strongest heard since early October.  Receiver was Tecsun with 7.5-inch loopstick.
