[IRCA] KKOW-860 on day pattern for storm coverage

Per tip from Kevin Redding on the ABDX listserver and current monitoring by 
myself, KKOW-860 in Pittsburg, Kansas is on its ND day pattern right now as the 
Southeast Kansas/Southwest Missouri area is being inundated by nasty weather, 
including several tornado warnings.  Go get 'em while they're hot!
