I just checked 1590 kHz, at 2025 UTC, and WZRX is again broadcasting the test tone. 

Their schedule shows they should be carrying the "Phil Valentine Show" to 0200-0600 UTC.  

They had broadcast a Southern Mississippi University baseball game earlier.
