[IRCA] TP for 29 Jan from Victoria, BC

Sort of late for this, but conditions weren't that exciting either. Listened
from 1530 to just after 1540UT, and that seemed to be best conditions; earlier
checks yielded little of interest.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nothing here either


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

972 HLCA?
1116 unID, but talk had a Tagalog lilt maybe?  Not Australia anyway

1485 ??unusual channel for audio, even weak audio
1494 
1503 likely JOUK w/SAH
1557 odd to hear this and not 1566 or 1575...
1593 seemed //6030 so CNR1

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1224, 1521, 1566
