[IRCA] 980 unidentified

Hearing weak oldies from time to time under CFPL-London and WWRC-Washington, including Moody Blues' "Nights In White Satin" at 2314 ELT, Deep Purple's "Smoke On The Water" at 2339 ELT and "Spirit In The Sky" and "Video Killed The Radio Star" back-to-back at 2347.   There was a jingle also at 2342, and it sounded like the last letter of the calls might have been "E".

Ideas anybody?  WPRE maybe?
