[IRCA] TP for 28 Jan from Victoria, BC

Not quite so lively this morning, and not as much action on the low band.
Listened only from about 1530 to 1545 UT, so might have missed something.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ
1575 likely VoA

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 and 828 NHK2 s/off chimes
1593 mix of NHK2 and CNR-1

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

1287 JOHR
1422 likely JORF
1503 JOUK, man in JJ

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

747 JOIB //774
954 likely JOLK
1269 possibly // 1287? woman talking
1323 UnID
1386 NHK2 s/off chimes struggling through IBOC
1602 NHK2 s/off chimes at 1540UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1251, 1494

best wishes,
Nick
