[IRCA] WHAM IBOC back on?

Huge IBOC on 1170 this morning, also seems to be some on 1190. IS WHAM's IBOC back on? They took it off as a favour to WWVA, whose signal has been and still is far as I know reduced. Not that the NC station on 1170 running Mexican-formatted music was doing WWVA any such favours...
