[IRCA] WWHN 1510 OC last night

During a band scan at 00:30 this morning noticed local daytimer WWHN
1510 running an OC.  The temperature was at or slightly below
zero here and am wondering if this was done to keep the XMTR and or
audio gear warm.  Also noted them running an OC on Dec 3 last
year when it was also very cold.  Does this make sense to
anyone?
